Cheyenne Regional offers two dental insurance plan options through Delta Dental of Wyoming.
- Delta Dental Basic
- Delta Dental Plus
These plans offer in- and out-of-network benefits, providing you the freedom to choose any provider. However, you will pay less out of your pocket when you choose a Delta Dental provider. Out-of-network coverage is based on reasonable and customary (R&C) charges.

Cheyenne Regional offers a vision insurance plan through VSP. You have the freedom to choose any vision provider. However, you will maximize the plan benefits when you choose a network provider.

- level 1 (7000 points) – $5 | level 2 (15,000 points) – $15 | level 3 (30,000 points) + discounted medical premiums – $20 | level 4 (50,000 points) – $35
- Cheyenne Regional Employees that are not enrolled in a Medical Plan can earn Pulse Cash up to $225
- Reach 30,000 points and receive a $150 Gift Card

Eligibility
Eligibility
- All Employees that want to receive the discounted Medical Premiums for the following calendar year that are enrolled in Medical Benefits through Cheyenne Regional are eligible to participate in the Wellness Program. If your spouse/ Domestic Partner is a dependent on your Medical Plan, they too, must participate in the Wellness Program. Children on your Medical Plan do not need to participate.
- Even if you are not enrolled in Cheyenne Regional’s Medical Plan, employees are still strongly encouraged to participate in the Wellness Program and will accumulate points to redeem for gift cards.
Timelines
- Plan year runs from 10/01/2023 – 09/30/2024 for 2025 wellness rates
- To earn the medical premium discount for 2025, you and your spouse/ domestic partner must earn your points goal in the Virgin Pulse Platform by September 30, 2024
New Hire in 2024
Employed at CRMC: before Oct 1st, 2023
- To earn the premium discount in 2025, you and your enrolled spouse must enroll and earn 30,000 points in the Virgin Pulse platform by September 30, 2024.
Employed at CRMC: October 1st, 2023 – July 31st, 2024
- To earn the premium discount in 2025, you and your enrolled spouse must enroll and earn 8,000 points in the Virgin Pulse platform by September 30, 2024.
Employed at CRMC: August 1st, 2024 – September 30th, 2024
- You and any spouse enrolled in your CRMC medical plan don’t need to do anything to earn the 2025 discount but must enroll and meet the requirements for the 2026 requirements.
Preventive Care Screenings / Health Check Survey
Health Check Survey
- Earn 3,000 points per program year by completing or updating your Virgin Pulse Health Check Survey. This is a quick, online survey to help you understand areas of improvement with your health. The results are completely confidential.
- Log into your Virgin Pulse account online or via the Virgin Pulse app.
- Select the Health button with the heart icon.
- Click “Surveys” > “Health Check Survey”
Preventive Care Screenings
CRMC is now using “My Care Checklist” in Virgin Pulse for Preventive Care Screenings! From the home page Click on the “Health” tab with the heart icon> click on “My Care Checklist”
- Please note that every member’s “My Care Checklist” will look a little different as it is based off the member’s age and sex.
- Members can now get 4,500 points for their annual Health Check Up and 500 additional points for each preventive screening they complete annually (i.e. dental checkup, vision checkup, mammogram, prostate exam, etc.)
- “My Care Checklist” is self-attestation so that employees who may have completed a preventive care screening before they were able to create a Virgin Pulse Account can attest to the completion of their screenings at their convenience.

PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS
Payroll deductions for gym memberships are always taken out of the second paycheck of the month and pay for the following month’s membership. PRN employees are not eligible for payroll deduction.
CANCELLATIONS
Employees must notify the gym of canceling membership before the 15th of the month for no payroll deduction for the following month’s membership fee. All cancellation paperwork will be handled through the gym and not CRMC HR. Each gym and employee is responsible for notifying CRMC HR of cancellations, changes to fees and additions.
If you cancel your membership with your gym and you continue to have your fees deducted on your paycheck, notify your gym and CRMC HR. All refunds will be handled between the employee and the gym. By electing to sign up for payroll deduction, you verify that you understand these terms.
